I found that my sodium intake is through the roof- so I did some digging around and found a website that has a lot of interesting low-sodium foods.

There's even a listing of low sodium cottage cheese- halleluiah!
Hope it helps!

I have been thinking a lot about sodium lately as well...some days mine is through the roof. I actually check labels for sodium which I never thought I'd be doing. Food manufacturers are adding ridiculous amounts of sodium to EVERYTHING.

I don't add salt to anything- I don't even have it in the house most of the time.

The above is a link to a salt-o-meter. A very neat tool on the Globe and Mail newspaper website out of Toronto where you pick a food and it shows you how much of your daily recomended intake of sodium you are consuming.

    Check it out!

Willy- you're a waling salt encyclopedia! You're great- thanks for the lists!

I tried the Ezekiel Low Sodium bread last night and it was really good. I was sort of surprised! The crust is crunchy as heck, but the taste was still yummy.

And I lost two pounds of water weight last night lol Yay low sodium!
