I recently got an email from someone who wanted my brownie recipe. It's not really MY recipe but I wanted to share the wealth. I love chocolate, I love brownies and I love baking. I don't think you have to give this up so here are some alternatives!
I have found so many alternatives to healthy baking. Here are sorta of the things I follow: Clean Eating, Raw Diet and Vegan Recipes - they all have wonderful alternatives to our delicious cravings!!!
Clean Eating I have the magazine script and it's awesome they have such yummy things in it that are super healthy. One blog I follow is the Gracious Pantry - she is clean eating and has hundreds of recipes. Here's one of her brownie ones... http://www.thegraciouspantry.com/clean-eating-brownies/ or http://www.elanaspantry.com/brownies/
The Raw Diet - here is another brownie one: http://mynewroots.blogspot.com/2011/04/raw-brownie.html
When I can't spend time baking I also get "No Pudge Brownies" which is a mix that you just add a yogurt too. I would get a plain yogurt and add some vanilla to it. It's AMAZING!!! and like i said i cook it in a cupcake pan to keep the portions set. It also cooks faster when you have it in a cupcake pan so be careful not to over cook as the box will tell you to cook it much longer.
Also, I don't really share this with people but its my blog - i haven't updated it in a while. BUT i usually will find fun reciepes and just put it here for myself so I remember. I sorted it by different foods like American Mexican etc. It's all my fav things but Clean versions of it!

Thanks so much. I'll check them all out once the kids are asleep and I have some time to devote to it!0
