Not adding dressing to a prepacked salad.

I buy these pre packaged ready pac bistro salads all the time. They do not put the nutritional info for the salad without the dressing, only with. I have tried emailing the company with no luck. Does anyone know what the nutritional info might be, or at least calories?

This one is with bbq ranch dressing added into nutritional value. I think they are like 1 oz containers of dressing.

I don't think it's possible to tell just from that. We'd have to at least know what was in the salad. Have you tried entering the salad ingredients in MFP to get the counts?

I wouldn't know how much of each ingredient. It seems easier to me to subtract the dressing if I could find it.

I mentioned your problem to a co-worker at lunch and they asked if the dressing was a brand name that you could look up. You probably would have already thought of that if it were, but thought I'd mention it anyway.

I'm not familiar with Readypac salads, but I have seen other brands at the store that have packs of Marzetti or Wishbone dressings.

Thanks.. No the dressing doesn't have a brand name on it... I wish they would just have with and without dressing info
