I have been committed to exercising for about 2 weeks now. I have been doing ok with walking and my xbox 360 with kinect dvd like dance central 2 and your shape. My problem is no matter when or for how long or what type of exercise i do i am extremely tired afterwards. When i say tired i dont mean, i just had a good workout and the normal tired I mean I just finished exercising and I can barely keep my eyes open tired. This had been a problem for me since i can remember I guess thats why I dont like exercising. I have swtiched the times around(morning, evening and afternoon) still the same issue. I eat something about 30mins before or right after, still the same problem. PLEASE HELP ANY SUGGESTIONS.......:)

A recovery formula helps A LOT! I use both Beachbody Results and Recovery formula and Endurox R4.0

You probably need some recovery sustenance immediately after the workout. Alternatively, you might not be eating in a way that supports your body's needs. I hear the beach body recovery stuff strikerjb007 reccomends is pretty good. I actually make my own recovery shakes using berries, sugar free nuts/seed butter, protein powder, and water. I prefer dried egg white protein powder, but any protein will do. But I would first look at your diet in general.0

I'm just going to repeat some stuff but...
1) You might not be getting enough calories. I had a lot of trouble with exhaustion after workouts until I upped my calorie intake on exercise days.
2) You may need a recovery drink after your workout.
3) You might want to see a doctor. Honestly, I had this problem for ages and later found out I had heart issues and thyroid issues and allergy issues and blah blah blah. These days I feel MUCH MUCH better after a workout but I had to get all those other issues sorted out first.0
