What are YOUR goals and motivators?

I'm in the process of rewriting my goals and figuring out some rewards when I reach milestones. I've got a few things figured out so far:

Goals:
1. Reach 130 by December of 2013.
2. Fit into a size 8 or smaller.
3. Exercise more often.
4. Eat healthier.

Rewards:
1. 25lbs lost: ?
2. 50lbs lost: Rent an Aston Martin or some other amazing car for a day/weekend.
3. 75lbs lost: ?
4. 100 lbs lost: Buy Coach luggage
5. 130lbs: Track Day in a Ferrari 458 Italia

As you can see, I'm having some trouble coming up with some more rewards for when I reach certain milestones.

What I'd like to know is: what are YOUR goals and motivation for losing weight? I've been having trouble for about a month now with breaking out of a funk, so reading some of your goals, even if you've already achieved them, might help me get through this rough patch.

    I don't reward myself too much...I've been thinking of starting seeing as today at weigh in I am officially half way to goal!!!!! I'm also having a hard time thinking of things to reward myself with....I'm a guy so shopping doesn't really do anything for me lol. Actually I just thought of something, I have been wanting a iTunes gift card! I'm getting myself one today after work :)

    That's not a bad idea. Even though I am a chick, I couldn't care less for shopping unless its for electronics. Hmmmmm.... I might have to change my goals now. I just got an idea! Once I lose 75lbs, I'm getting myself an iPad!
