Thought I would look to see what I looked like over 280 and what I look like Today at 259.
Before pic isnt the best but its what I have.

    When I look at this picture I'm like "Wow really" the cookie really shows what kind of diet I was eating at the time.

    I started to track my calories when I got down to 270. Should I change it to reflect the 285 I wieghed in this first picture?
