O.k. guys, help me out. What does NSV stand for? I know I'm an idiot. But I keep reading it and it's driving me nuts!:embarassed:

    None scale victory. Like fitting into a pair of pants you haven't in years. It took me two weeks to figure it out so don't feel bad!:laugh:

    Non Scale Victory...anything that works for your good that doesn't involve the scale...noticing clothes are fitting tighter, can take the stairs without keeling over half way up, people complimenting you on your weight loss, etc...All sorts of things that make you feel wonderful, no matter what that blasted scale is saying! :happy:

    Sure for most people, but there are a few people on here trying to gain as well, so fitting better might work for them! :laugh: :wink:
