Hey everybody,

I haven't posted anything for awhile, so I thought I would start up a topic about the type of music/songs that give you motivation. This could be a gym remix you listen to or just a song that gets your blood pumping and makes you want to work out? Lately, since I have started Zumba, I am realizing that music can be a HUGE motivator for me. When I hear a good beat I want to shake my booty and sweat like a fool! Here are some current songs that want me to keep moving.

The Fighter - Gym Class Heroes
Part of Me - Katy Perrry
Wild Ones - Flo' Rida and Sia
Glad You Came- The Wanted
Shake it Out- Florence and the Machine
and of course anything from Shakira!!!

    I love my zumba class songs so I downloaded a bunch of them to listen to. Plus it makes me want to do the moves from class :)
