Hi! I'm new to this site and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 39 yr old mom of a 6 yr old. I am married. Work full time at a desk job. I have 100 lbs to lose. Taking it small goals at a time. Hard for me to exercise as I've been dx'd with fibromyalgia and CFS. But I've got to do it and I will. Looking to make some contacts here for support and ideas!!!

Welcome!! Feel free to add me as a friend. Taking small goals at at time is exactly the right approach, Any movement compared to no movement is exercise, do what you can.

Feel free to add me. I just had a baby in February and I have a four year old. Baby weight is got but I still have 50 pounds to go. Small goals is the way to go, you will do great!0
