Been Using MyFitnessPal For Two Weeks

I'm in a wellness challenge at the local y that runs for 8 weeks. I'm in the second week now.

Before the weight loss challenge, I started dieting on my own. I started at about 345 punds and am now down to about 288 pounds. I'm 6'4" tall so my goal is to get to the lower 200's.

So far I've been losing weight, and it should continue. My pedometer has been getting about 70,000 steps each week!
