Reduce the carbs/cals in sandwiches...

Just wanted to pass along a recent find for sandwich lover's. I have been trying to cut carbs as much as I can but I usually eat a smoked turkey sandwich for lunch probably 5 days a week. Recently my wife found Arnold's Select multi-grain sandwich thins. I love them! Not only do they genuinely taste good (in my opinion anyway), but they are only 100 cal/22 g carbs which cut my previous bread choice by 120 cal/20 g carbs.

    :flowerforyou: thanks.

I use Pepperidge Farms Lightstyle Whole Wheat or Oatmeal Bread. 40 cals a slice and yummy!

I love the Arnold's Thin Sanwich too!! (I get 'em at Costco) I make them as toast too sometimes. Also makes a great BLT sandwich (turkey bacon, no mayo!)

The Arnolds are AWESOME!!! I tried them a couple months ago and thought they were a great bread replacement. I had my dad try some and now he and my mom have switched too! That's a huge feat because they only eat bad food...all the time! I'm hoping some small steps here and there will help them out.
