    It's been a bad year for celebrities. It sounds like another Natasha Richardson freak accident.
    He was supposedly hit on the head during a near crash landing in Tampa yesterday,
    went to bed feeling fine and never woke up.

    OMG he drove me insane............I had to quickly change or mute the channel.

    But he was effective! I mean I can tell you I hear his voice every durn time I use Oxyclean!!

    God rest his soul. What a freaky tragedy.

    No matter how many times I rolled my eyes hearing his infomercials, it always impressed me how much he seemed to love his job! There are many days where I wished I had even a fraction of his enthusiasm! RIP :heart:

    Maybe you're thinking Willie Mays- he played the Baseball.
    Billy Mays was an infomercial guy- won an award for being the best dude trying to sell stuff on TV.

    it's being reported he may have had a heart condition. The injury's sustained during the plane landing Saturday night may not have played a part in his death.

    His yelling irritated me. Every time one of his commercials came on I'd always wonder out loud "Why does he yell?" I actually liked the guy though. It's a shame he died so young.
