I have changed my weight to be my starting weight from now- so it doesn't include what I have already loss.

I am entering the Body for Life 12 week challenge my goal is to drop 20-25lbs and decrease my fat % from 26% to 16% come the end of these 12 weeks.

I already hit the gym hard but since I have been at a plateau for 2 months I am in need of a kick in the pants. My future long term goal is to compete in a Figure Competition next year and this 12 week challenge will be great motivation to get me where I need to be in reaching that goal.

Thanks- I am not happy with how I look yet to be honest I don't see the difference everyone is talking about- Its not going to be easy to not have slip ups- It will be hard work but all my friends and family are supportive and all push me- There is no whining or shamming allowed I get looks if I want something that I know I am not supposed to have I am held accountable for everything- No skipping workouts nothing.

My coworker/friend is the hardest on me I have to text her every night when leaving my gym- She hold me accountable for my food and everything and now that i decided to do this challenge she said she is really going to be getting stricter with me (biting my nails lol)

I think its good to challenge yourself the body is an amazing thing that can change for better or worse depending what you do with it.
