Hi all,

New UK member here. I'm in training for my second ironman - doing Challenge Roth on the 8th July in Germany. I've been rowing for years and recently switched to triathlon - but in both disciplines have always been on the heavy end of the 'athlete' spectrum......

Looking to shift pounds to go faster...... once and for all!!

Really enjoying MFP so far - didn't realise I'd been eating so much tbh. Biscuits are my nemesis... ahem! haha
