fitness at home

i have been going to a local fitness program that only runs in 6 wk intervals. over the summer our instructor is not running any programs. so she gave us a list of reps we can do at home. but i don't know how to log them in my exercise journal. can somebody help me break it down? or lead me in the right direction for figuring it out myself.
