Thin for once...

Hi,

I'm new to the forum. I don't feel like I've ever been thin. I've always been at least slightly over weight. I recently gained around 20 pounds and none of my clothes are fitting right any more. I feel gross and I always feel uncomfortable with myself. I'm always thinking about how fat I am and how unattractive and unhealthy I must be. so.. I'm really going to try to shed this extra weight- mostly so I can just feel comfortable in my own skin again.

I recently became a vegetarian and I hope this will work in my favor.

    Hi Squid!


    How r u? I have joined MFP a year ago but been on in on and off! This time I am determined to stay. I want to feel better about myself & live a healthier lifestyle.
    At the beginning of 2011 I got into running and so far, I did two official races, mostly for charity. In a few years, I want to run a marathon :)
    Currently I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred which is kicking my *kitten*!

    I have a couple of Jillian's videos. Metabolism and the 30 day shred. I think I'm going to try the 30 day shred first along with a yoga routine and cycling as soon as I get my bike fixed.
