Returning... with 5 extra pounds:(

So I did so well for quite a long time! Got stuck at about 155 to 157 and now today I weighed in at 162 which raised a big red flag!!!! Need to get back on track NOW:) Would really love to lose 10 lbs. anyone else in similar boat? How did you get refocused? I know I need to get motivated back into an exercise program but struggling with that! So here I am praying to stay focused on my health and make a much needed change:):smile:)
