Hi everyone,

I'm new the forums and this is the second time I have used the My fitness pal app on my iPhone. I used it about 20 months ago with quite a bit of success and am back again.

I am currently 168lb and 5'3.5 and am the heaviest I have ever been. I would like to lose 30lb overall and understand it is going to take quite sometime to do this heathily.

I am currently on a 1200 calorie a day diet since Sunday which I have stuck to apart from one day where my intake went up to nearly 1500.

I am really worried that i won't calculate everything just so, is it advisable to worth to 1100 calories in case I make a mistake?

Any advice would be awesome :)
