Yay I lost 1.4 kg! Thats 3.1 pounds! Wasn't expecting anything (TOM):tongue:

Last Monday 97.2kg (213.8lbs)
Today 95.8kg (210.8)

That 200 mark is getting close!:happy:

    :cry: I dont know what is happening but I managed to loose a pound during the week and gained it over the weekend. I ve seemed to be at a standstill for a while now.

    Hi Everyone,

    Happy weigh in day...

    SW: 187.8
    LW: 181.2
    GW: 135

    This week...179.

    I feel like I just won an award. It was an indulgent weekend, so I know I will have to work my butt off to keep it from showing up this week but I am up to that challenge.

    I have also lost 2 inches off my waist and 2.25 inches off my hips since staring 3 weeks ago.

    My mini goal this week is to lose at least 1 pound by next week, I am not aiming for more since I have to make up for the last couple of days.

    That is great. Its hard not to show a gain at TOM time. Be proud of yourself.

    Just joined last Thurday (?) And I posted my weight then, but I will do it again, even though I didn't lose anything.

    Pounds lost: 0

    But I am okay with this, this week especially since it is TOM for me and I just started back up late last week.

    Today: 174.2 (-2.6 :bigsmile: )

    Weight goal for next week: 172.4 for a total of 10 pounds lost... I just hope I can do it with two parties to attend! I'll have to be a gym fiend so I can free up some alcohol calories :laugh: :drinker:

    lost one pound =] not bad saying I didn't nearly exercise as much as I wanted to.

    Mini goal this week: EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE... walk on the treadmill and do my 30 day shred at least 4 days this week but aim for 5 =]

    I'm going to take a guess that you mixed up your start weight and goal weight. Otherwise you would be going in the wrong direction. :laugh:

    Not a huge loss, but a loss is a loss. I still am going to do measurements later. And, although I don't like making excuses, I'm surprised at any loss because my parents are visiting and my Mom loves to feed me, haha.

    Congrats to anyone who lost! And to those who have found that they didn't lose as much as wanted: keep up the great work, we can do this together!!!!! :happy:
