    Bodyweight training is excellent i dumped the weights in favor of that form of training...there is a group on here seach under bodyweight training there some good info and links to sites.

    If you do a search on Youtube, you'll come up with lots of stuff. Is there nothing you can take for the motion sickness long enough to get through the workout? If not, leg exercises might be challenging. There's ways to trim your core without lots of sit ups, though. Sparkpeople has a great seated core workout which doesn't do much bobbing.

    I've just started a book that is just body weight exercises, I'm a week into the first week of the beginner 10 week program and I can already feel a difference....no equipment required....it's called you are your own gym.

    I cant do up down exercises at all I have chronic motion sickness so its not helpful,Thanks alot though x
