When do I weigh in?

My first full week is approaching and I am wanting to know when I should hop on that scale and measure whats going on with me?
What do you recommend?

    I always take my first morning weight after rolling out of bed. I do Tuesday mornings.

    I like to weigh-in Monday morning, first thing after getting out of bed.

    I do this because for two reasons:

    1. I am exercising 6 days a week, Sunday is my day off, so Monday morning is when my muscles will be most rested(and perhaps retaining less water)
    2. It keeps me mentally accountable over the weekend.

    Don't weigh-in so often that you get frustrated with natural "ebb-and-flow" of weight, but do weigh-in consistently enough to get a feel for whether your change in diet is working.

    Thank you, because I am noticing some people do, more than once a week, some once a month. I want to be realistic as well.
