Best (natural) protein supplement?

Hi everyone,

I'm having a hell of a time getting enough protein in without going way over on fat, especially on the days I weight lift, so I'm considering trying adding a bit of some sort of protein supplement to my morning smoothie. There are like 1,000,000 out there though, so I don't know where to start! I prefer to stick with something more natural, less synthetic, but also not strong on taste because I like my banana-yogurt smoothies the way they are. Any tips? I already eat meat, eggs, cheese, nuts, and greek yogurt for protein, I'm just having trouble getting enough in low-fat ways.
