Hey everyone!
I signed up for MFP in December. However, I have not taken this seriously yet. I'm not one to make excuses, but from December until April 20th I was crazy busy with school and practicums, only getting about 5 hours of sleep a night. Now, I am finished school until September, but I am working 12 hour shifts (7-7), day and night shifts and I have a 1 hour drive each way. I get 2 days off in a row and spend one day resting and getting meals pre-made for the next set of days I work. I am wondering if anyone else has faced this challenge and if there are any strategies or suggestions that make it easier to work out when working days are 14-15 hours long????
