Has anyone ever tried a negative ion watch? There's a Groupon for one today and the description says they may "increase metabolism, enhance stamina and boost focus".

Worth the Groupon or are the watches all hype??

    the majority of my hockey and football team mates wear these. some swear by them and others says they paid a fortune for them and thats the only reason they are wearing them. im unconvinced.

    Notice the word "may". Save your money, like the negative ion bracelets etc it's 21st century snake oil (unless maybe the watch is worth buying just as a watch.....)
