I made this last night for my Mum's 50th birthday BBQ, and it was awesome! It's very simple and I'm sure it's been used many times over, but I had to share!!

1 container light strawberry cream cheese spread
3/4 container marshmallow creme
1 container light cool whip

Mix cream cheese and mallow creme until well blended. Fold in cool whip. Serve with fresh fruit of any kind. Red food coloring can be added for a brighter pink color.
