How to log "Fried" chicken

I cook chicken thighs in a pan sprayed with Pam.
When I buy the good thighs from Whole foods there is so much fat rendered that the thighs end up frying in their own fat.
I am not a huge dark meat fan and I usually dont like chicken skin (one of the few unhealthy things I dont like), but these huge thighs fried in their own fat are crispy goodness.
I do not add any oil to what is rendered from the meat.
Even though it is crispy delicious fried chicken, since I did not add oil can I log this as "chicken thigh with skin"?
Thanks
