How can I avoid the burning from spicy food when it's leaving?

    @ Jeff: This is one of the main reasons I didn't like spicy food, but now I'm craving it.

    @Rach: I don't know if I'm inferring this correctly, but I'd rather not have to put anything in there...

    Yeah, you understood it exactly. Therefore, I'm at a loss. I can't say I've had that problem. Maybe if you eat more rice with it? That should help firm things up so it comes out faster! Whaddaya think?
