Tracking/Eating your calories burned?

When I first started here on MFP, I tracked all my food and exercise. This came to be a little problem when Myfitnesspal then added calories to my daily intake. I get that I "earned" those calories by working out, but it just kind of confused me because then I felt like I could eat more and be fine.. but kept thinking that I was over my calorie limit. I then stopped tracking my calories burned and I ate under my limit each day but still worked out.

Long story short, do you track your calories burned? If you do, do you eat them back too?
