Hi everyone I'm new here I joined last week,was always in shape and was always eating)but 2 month ago my hormones went crazy and here I go trying badly to loose weight, I'm very active and still have 2 issues first my sugars is always higher than they should be cant handle that, and second in the majority of days I'm under 1200 calories,any suggestions?
