Hi Everyone,
My name is Solimar, I started about two weeks ago. I can't tell you how much I love this site!
I've had accounts on WW and Live strong and this is by far the easiest!
Ever since being diagnosed with hashimoto's hypothyroidism, I've been taking my fitness more serously now than ever.
I have my levels normalized which is great and now have incorporated strength training and high intensity interval treadmill work outs.
My goal is to run a 5K and meet supportive friends that I can partner up with as a fitness buddies! So I need your support and will support you all as well! Thanks for welcoming me!
