Makeshift MOJITO!!!

For those of you who love Cuban lemonade and grow a mint plant just for making Mojitos, try this recipe out to save time and calories:

1. Fill a 16oz glass with ice.

2. Get 7-10 large mint leaves.

3. Put the mint leaves in a muddler (or mortar and pestle I think it's called) with 2 tablespoons of lime juice.

4. Muddle (smash) the mint leaves to a pulp...

5. Pour the results (leaves and everything) into the 16oz glass...

6. Add two (2) ounces of clear Rum (I use Bacardi Silver)

7. Fill the glass with Sprite ZERO

8. Stir vigorously and taste...

IF this tastes good, enjoy... IF this mixture isn't sweet enough for your taste, add one pack of Stevia sweetener... IF this mixture isn't tart enough for your taste, add another tablespoon of lime juice.

Net: about 128 calories for a really big drink.

Life is short... be lean AND enjoy a cocktail or several! ;-)
