I am just not understanding.......... my avg calories is 2400 a day, I do p90x every day, I have an extremly active job that is physical, and I do everything I can to make it more physical. to put it short, I eat right, take my vitimains, say my prayers, work hard and im not losing weight. the inches are SLOWLY, very SLOWLY coming off....in 30 days i lost 1 inch.......booooooooooo...words of motivation or your story would be appreciated

Maybe you could try opening up your diary, a lot of people on this site are great for nutrition advice.0 -
