what gives?

Lost 10lbs in 8 wks doing Jenny Craig, then found this site so I figure if I stay in my alloted calories 1,210, its been 3 weeks I should continue losing right? Scale hasn't budged! Yes, I do cardio and strenght training.

Should we count carbs, fats, proteins? Thanks
