30 Day Shred

I have a quick question for anyone doing the 30 day shred... how do you put it in for your exercise?? thanks! :smile:

    I just list it as circuit training.

    I have a heart rate monitor. Therefore I put it under ( Aerobics, high impact) and just enter the number from my HRM.:flowerforyou:
