Hi All:
My first MFP post. Always crazy exercise, but really over-eaten, mindless eaten for two years...gained about 21 pounds. With a dietician now and I'm eating about 2,550C/day...losing a little too fast...12 pounds in 7 weeks.
BUT I have more energy and my bicycling is getting stronger quickly. Started 5X5 lifting in the gym, so I really dropped back on the weights as you start light...but in three months I'll be blasting. My reconstructed knee is fine with the squats.
NSV: clothes fit better and in a few items I couldn't wear for over a year.
My dietician is awesome...meal types, tying in with workouts, great suggestions...I recommend a dietician. Have my "annual" physical Friday (last one 15 months ago). Should be good.
LOVE the success stories. Thanks for sharing.
Best exercise tip: ditch your car and bicycle whenever you can. You get exercise with no time used...you need to travel there anyways!
