What is the diet for the Jillian Michaels Shred?

Someone posted a sample 7 day diet and I can't find it now. I want to lose some weight before the 4th of July, we're going to see famliy we haven't seen in months. I always watch what I eat and exercise but I heard you can lose a "For sure" 5-10 lbs doing this diet for a week. I know you can't do it any longer than that and be healthy. Just want a kick start. Thanks!

  • I found this in an old post and think that it is what you are looking for. It was just listed as the menu for Jillian's 7 lbs in 7day meal plan...Hope it helps


    Breakfast: 2 pcs low calorie bread with 2 egg whites
    Snack: 14 Natural Almonds
    Lunch: 2 cups lettuce, 1/2 c. fat free shredded cheese, 1 1/3 tbls McCormick Salad Toppings, 1 tbsp Salad Pizzaz, 1 tsp fat free raspberry vinagarette dressing & 1 tsp fat free balsamic dressing
    Snack: 2 celery stick with 2 tsp natural peanut butter
    Dinner: 3 oz lean chicken or turkey, 1 c. brown rice, 5 stalks asparagus

    sorry if this sounds stupid, but all you eat for the 7 days is that daily plan each day?
