Lunch Exercise

I don't know if this is the proper place to post, but it is exercise.

I just did a run with a co worker of about 1.2 miles in about 14 minutes. We stopped every 1/8 of a mile and did push ups starting at 5, all the way up to 8 by the half mile and then finished the last half between walking and jogging. Followed the run up with 3 minutes of planks, push up planks, plank to push up to plank, V-Sit Twists and V-sit in/out up/down.

Nice little workout done in less then 30 minutes. I will be trying to do this as many days as i can while at work. wasn't sweating to bad so that didn't cause to much discomfort after the workout.

What type of exercises do you do on lunch?
