Hey guys!
I'm not so new to MFP but quite new to the forums. The past few weeks, I've been really struggling to eat right as in the beginning it was so simple. Exercise is not a problem, but the right choices in food is at the moment. I could REALLY use some motivational friends on here for ideas on meals & also just for plain motivation and inspriation. Feel free to add me & maybe we can motivate eachother :)

    Hang in there girl - sometimes we just go through times where we are less motivated, but it doesn't last forever. These are the times when you really have to stay focused on why you're doing this. Maybe just make some simple changes and don't try to do too much right now. I think if we're not feeling especially motivated, we're better off just focusing on one or two little improvements, like eating more veggies and drinking more water. Keeping it simple is enough to get us back on track.

    It's so nice when it's easy and we FEEL like doing it, but that feeling just isn't permanent, unfortunately! Sometimes we gotta keep pushing even when we don't feel like it, but during those times, I lower my expectations a little so I don't add guilt to the mix cause that is REALLY not motivating! Don't give up! :smile:

    I'm new to this website, but I know food & I'm working on learning to make healthy food just as tasty as the stuff I love to eat. I'm a chef trained mostly in classic French technique, so I'm learning to live without butter & cream. I'd love some exercise motivation in exchange for some recipe know-how. Tell me what your cheat foods are & I can probably help you shave calories off of them :happy:
