Fell off the wagon, for 3+ months now! Defeated.

Back in December I had to have emergency gallbladder removal surgery. Fun.
At that time, I was down 35lbs (I will add that some of that weight loss was due to lack-of-appetite and lack-of-nutrition because my gallbladder caused me so much pain, toward the end I was only eating 900 calories a day.)
I was told by my surgeon not to go back to the gym until the 1st of FEBRUARY, because the scar tissue inside my abdomen was extremely painful every time I tried doing any physical activity.
The pain caused me to have severe depression. I was so angry that I couldn't continue my workout regimen, let alone do normal things like load the dishwasher, or do laundry. Any up-and-down movement caused pain. Depression lead to the return of bad eating habits... and I started going to the gym less and less.... and now I've gained back 10lbs. Yep. Defeated.
My pain is under control now, and I keep trying to jump-start myself and just dive in full force back to exercising, but it fails. Any suggestions on getting back on track?

Sorry it hear about your health problems, if I were you I would start by filling in my diary every day, get out & do some walking, get some fresh air into your lungs, there are lots of things you can do away from the gym to ease you back into the fitness cycle.
We are trying to make life changes here & you are still 20+ LB down, so not fallen completely off the wagon, you still have a toe hold so start the day afresh & good luck0
