Hi,
Really pleased with MFP so far. I have made half hearted attempts to loose weight before and never met with much success.
My weight has been fairly stable at 82-85Kg for the last 20 years or so. My target is to get to 72kg or below,
As well as MFP i have bought a step counter, which is helping me keep track of how much walking i am doing.
Keeping things upto date on MFP is certainly helping me keep track of things, I am already down to 80kg, so my target for the next 2-3 weeks is 76.5kg, which if i make it will be my lowest weight for 20 years !
Any tips would be much appreciated.
