why bloated when can;t eat?

Hello all...

just a quick one, i've recently been really ill and not been able to eat properly for nearly a week so therefore i have lost about 9lb, however instead of looking like i have i look more like i have gained as i'm so bloated???

why is this do you think?

    Hows your carb & fibre doing?
    I cut my carbs the bloating went, upped my fibre and I look and feel different, only took a few days too.

    Possibly dehydrated? Body is maybe hanging on to the water it has.
