I have been eating right and exercising for 1 month now, and have lost 6 lbs. Yay! However, I am flipping exhausted! I get up at 5am, and try to keep going until 9pm, on a good day. By the time my head hits the pillow I'm out! I thought exercising and eating better give you more energy? I'm typically "ok" throughout the day, not too groggy or lethargic. But after I work out in the evening, I'm wiped out! Is this typical? Please tell me I will miraculously get loads of energy soon, cause I'm missing all my TV shows...lol
