HELP! Plateau?

I've been using MFP, and working out for the last year, and have lost 93lbs.....now I am stuck! I am working out 6 days a week, with a mix of weight training and cardio. I'm logging everything I eat, and I am still stuck. Now today, the scale says I gained two pounds! How the heck does this happen? In the entire year I have been doing this, I haven't ever gained more than 1/2 pound. I know they say muscle weighs more than fat, but I'm not sure I can attribute a two pound gain to that, can I?
