Ok, today is one week since i started my diet. I stepped on the scale and i have lost 3.5 lbs.. Not a bad start if i do have to say so myself! This week i really have to get on track with my exercise, i have just had excuses in the last week. I did buy a yearly membership to the local youth center, now i have to start going!! I am only weighing once a week because if i weigh everyday i tend to get discouraged if i don't see a difference. I will do this!!!

    Go you! 3.5 is awesome for one week. Just remember, your loss may slow down, don't worry too much about that. I always recommend using other methods to track your progress along with weight loss. Like measureing sizes or body fat %. Keep up the great work!
  • :happy: CONGRATS! Keep up the good work you can do it! You should only weigh yourself once a week at the same time everyday with the same clothes is what most trainers say so you made the right choice!!
  • Way to go! Hang in there until you get into the rhythm of exercise along with all the rest that you are doing...great idea for the one-year membership :smile:
