Body calling the shots

So, I've had a caloric intake around 1200+ for the last few months -- it's pretty much all I could handle. Now that I've incorporated running (I'm on WK5D3 of C25K), I find myself surpassing 1500+ calories on some days. I always have breakfast, a midmorning snack, lunch, midafternoon snack, workout, dinner, evening snack and sometimes a glass of Merlot. With all of the added activity, my body is requesting more fuel so, I eat to fuel now....I don't eat to eat (well, sometimes I do but it's mostly fruit). This is a big change for me.
