sagging skin...

Does anyone have any tips for tightening loose skin? I have loose skin on my stomach and my triceps... I hate it and would love for it to disappear! It seems no matter how much weight I lose, it just hangs out. I do a lot of cardio (4 days/week) and I do lift weights 2-3 days/week... I also drink plenty of water. Any ideas??

    I just took a weight training class at my local community college which was inexpensive and fun. Besides surgery I would say weight training. You don't have to use a lot of heavy weights either. Good luck dear!
