vegas in T minus 4 months!

Im up to my heaviest...AGAIN! I was down to 225 around thanksgiving and with school and working extra hours I gained all my weight back. Its so depressing and disheartening that I feel like giving up, but I know that wont get me anywhere. Im just curious if its even possible to do. Im currently 250lbs I am leaving for Las Vegas Sept. 14 for a week with some of my friends. Id like to be down to about 200 or close to it. I know Im going to have to live in the gym and watch my diet like a hawk. I think I can do it but im easily discouraged. I like walking (treadmil/outside) and I like riding my bike all over the place. Can anyone give me pointers on how to maximize a cardio workout? I like running too but its hard right now bc i fell so far out of shape. UGH! Ive been back at the gym for the last week and Im starting to feel a little better so thats a plus. Please friend me, I could use all the motivation as I can get!

I'm terrible at weight loss advice, but I shed my weight the fastest by running. Mostly outdoors, because I'm more motivated to run longer than inside on my treadmill.
And I think you can definitely see good results by September! Just gotta stay motivated. You know I'm here to help any way I can. You can do this sweetie!

Yea I think i need to condition myself a little more before I start to run. I loved running when I could actually run and saw the best results then. Maybe Ill start to run next week. I start my crossfit on saturday so we'll see what happens. Lots of cross fit and running I should be ready by mid sept!
