I've been doing a lot of strength exercises at the local gym, and I must say I feel like I got sucker punched in the gut!! I took yesterday off to recover, and this morning as I'm doing crunches, it's still very sore. Is this a sign that my muscles are working, or did I hurt myself.?The ache is bearable, but definately noticable.

I find that after a good workout I am more sore two days after than the next day. Just how it works for me. You should be fine.0

It hurts in the beginning. When i went to bootcamp ( a thousand years ago) , I was sore for the first 2-3 weeks. Keep and I on it. Sore is normal, burning is not.0
