The one thing that can make me lose my motivation for working out is not having a great playlist to listen to. I love to switch it up every few weeks so that I can get that pumped feeling when I'm hearing a great song. I'd love to get ideas from everyone on some songs that keep them going while working out hard
I'll start it off with a few of mine that are on my list right now:
Livin' on a Prayer - Bon Jovi
Blame it on the Boggie - The Jackson 5
Till the World Ends - Britney Spears
Run the World (Girls) - Beyonce
On the Floor - Jennifer Lopez
Stronger - Kelly Clarkson
We Found Love - Rihanna
Canned Heat - Jamiroquai
Can you Feel It - The Jackson 5
Gonna Fly Now (Theme from Rocky) - I can't tell you how this song has pushed me when I'm at the end of my workout
