Good Day Everyone,

Just need your thoughts....I dont believe in the cheat day but I do believe you cant deprive yourself from a crappy high fat meal once in a while. So I workout about 4-6 times per week, running, TRX , Spin and more and try and burn 500 calories each session.

Now me and my buddy went to our local diner last night and I had a diet pepsi...large bacon and cheese burger...and poutine! I do feel gross from it still but I am wondering what it is going to do in my body. I do have spin class tonight...which i burn about 600-700 calories in that one. I am just scared of storing that meal as Fat and gaining weight.

Can someone explain it to me how it works???

It takes 3500 calories over your TDEE to gain 1 pound of fat. I wouldn't worry about it, just keep going as usual. Enjoy the burger and hit the gym tonight!
